Terms of Service
By downloading or using Lawless Tides ("the game") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the game on Apple devices you own or control.
Virtual currency and items
- Crystals, gold, looks and in-game items are a license to use game content, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple's policy. After a refund, the crystals or equivalent content that purchase granted are taken back.
- The monthly pass lasts 30 days from purchase, with crystals to claim on each day you log in.
- A guest account's crystals and progress live on that device only; link your Apple account so they aren't lost when you change devices.
Prohibited conduct
Do not modify the game, exploit bugs, use cheats or automation, tamper with saves or network traffic, or obtain paid content without paying. We may suspend or delete the account and wallet of anyone who does.
Changes to the service
We may update, change or discontinue parts of the game or its servers. If services related to the premium currency are to end, we will announce it in the game in advance.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
